What is your minimum order quantity?
500 units. That applies per product line, so a mixed order of shirts and trousers is counted separately for each. If your requirement sits below 500, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you match our company colours and add our logo?
Yes. Uniforms are produced to your specification, including company colourways, embroidered or printed logos, and per-role variations across a workforce.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. Sampling is a standard stage. You review construction, fit, fabric and branding on a physical sample, and production only begins once you approve it.
How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?
Within 24 hours. You get pricing, a sampling plan and a production schedule in that first reply, so you are not waiting days to find out whether we are the right supplier.
What are your production lead times?
Production time depends on order size, fabric availability and how many sampling rounds you need. We commit to a dated schedule in writing with your quote, before you place the order.
Which fabrics do you work with?
Two core specifications: a 65/35 poly-cotton blend for everyday site use, and 100% cotton where a natural fibre is preferred. Both are available across the full product range.
What are your shipping terms?
We quote FOB. Pricing covers manufacturing and delivery to the port of loading with export clearance completed, and freight, insurance and UAE import duties are arranged on your side. If you would prefer a different Incoterm, ask and we will price it.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Our established export route is Pakistan to the UAE. Contact us with the destination and we will confirm whether we can support it.
